When you travel on a budget, one of the biggest questions is whether it is best to plan each part of your trip independently, separate flight and hotel reservations, or choose a package where everything is included for a price.

Unfortunately, there is not an answer to this dilemma is, as it depends on where you want to go and what services are available at the time. For example, traveling many trips to European cities is often less expensive to store, especially during low season, when airlines are running deals on flights to Europe.

On the other hand, if you want to travel to exotic locations like Egypt, Morocco, Kenya, South Africa or Asia, it is often cheaper and easier when organizing a business or organization travel package. This is partly because travel agents have special agreements with the airlines and resorts in these countries and they are able to offer significant discounts in exchange for a steady stream of enterprise.

For example, last year I went solo to Egypt in New York for a grand total of $ 1100, including airline tickets, great hotel, breakfast, airport transfers and daily guided tours, including tours of the pyramids of Giza and the Sphinx. This is a much better deal than I could have arranged on my own, since only air ticket would cost more than $ 700. The secret of this property has been the relationship between the tour with Egypt Air and the hotel where we stayed.
